Recently, I sent Brett Welch, Adobe Business Catalyst’s Marketing Manager 10 questions via a PR firm which had contacted me after seeing my in-depth review of Business Catalyst. The whole thing turned into a bit of a debacle, so I wrote a post called 10 Questions Adobe Won’t Answer About Business Catalyst. To make a long story short, the PR firm said they ran the questions by someone at Adobe who said they couldn’t be answered “as written” (Brett says he never saw the questions).
